The Winco CBWT-1830 commercial-grade plastic cutting board is specially designed for use in professional restaurant and foodservice kitchens. This large 18" x 30" x 1/2" chopping board allows ample room for cutting fruits, vegetables, and meats. Made from high-density plastic material, this professional cutting board won’t crack, warp or rot and is highly resistant to staining. This white commercial cutting board coordinates with HACCP color-coding systems designed to minimize cross contamination. The 18" x 30" x 1/2" plastic cutting board is designed to withstand daily use in a commercial environment. These chopping boards are made from a heavy-duty copolymer material specially designed to reduce knife dulling. Dishwasher safe for both residential and commercial dishwashers. NSF Certified.
